一、农产品研究员（1-2名）
职位描述：
1、基础农产品一到两个品种相关产业研究；
2、独立地建立产业研究框架，构建、追踪产业数据；
3、建立调研体系，并做产量、消费、流通领域草根调研；
4、与外部研究服务机构建立良好的工作关系，支持内部研究；
5、撰写产业研究分析、投资分析报告（投资标的为股票、期货、期权等各类衍生品工
具）；
6、及时高质量完成上级领导交办的其他事项。
职位要求：
1、硕士及以上学历（农业类、统计类专业优先），本科毕业于国内外一流大学；
2、有2年（含）以上农产品市场分析经验；
3、有在知名粮油、谷物、软商品企业相关工作经验者优先考虑；
4、对大宗商品研究与投资有浓厚兴趣；
5、能很快适应各种环境和压力；
6、逻辑能力强，即能独立思考，又善于团队合作，有很强的沟通能力。

二、董事会办公室助理：1名
职位描述：
1. 董事会或其他重要会议筹备安排，并编制会议文件，进行文档管理；
2. 协助董事会与各董事进行沟通和处理相关后续事宜；
3. 负责董事长的日常行程安排和协调；
4. 电话记录、打印文件、复印资料；
5. 日常报表的收集、整理、汇总、传递、上报；
6. 遇突发事件，紧急联系相关负责人，协助解决；
7. 保密工作（包括：公司内部信息、资料、文件、人事、档案、会议纪要、计算机
信息、财务等）；
8. 完成董事会交代的其它事务类工作。
职位要求：
1. 国内外一流大学本科以上学历，经济金融、法律、财务、工商管理等相关专业；
2. 男女不限，形象气质良好，30-36岁。3年以上工作经验，有同岗位工作经验最优
，金融行业、跨国企业集团工作背景最优；
3. 具备良好的公文写作和文字综合能力、组织沟通协调能力、人际交往能力；
4. 具有良好的中英文书写能力和翻译能力，英文口语流利，熟练使用Office办公软
件；
5. 精通金融知识、经济法律知识，掌握财务管理知识、项目投资知识，参与上市公
司管理经验优先。

Job Description:
A. Agricultural Analyst (1-2 positions):
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research on one or two varieties of soft commodities, such as
corn, soy bean, wheat, oilseeds products, etc.
2. Conduct research independently, monitor industry data and construct
database.
3. Establish research systems, and participate in field research on
production, consumption and other circulation.
4. Develop good working relations with research firms, and enhance
internal research systems.
5. Compile product research reports and investment analysis reports (on
financial instruments such as stocks, futures, options and other derivatives)
6. Complete all other relevant tasks issuing by senior management.
Requirements:
1. Master degree holder or higher (priority to majors in agriculture and
statistics) from top ranked Universities.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in agricultural product research.
3. Priority to candidates who have work experience in well-known
enterprises specializing in crops, oils and other soft commodities,
especially the Big ABCD.
4. Priority to candidates who have commodity trading experiences.
5. Strong interest in commodity research and investment.
6. Strong logical and communication skills. Capable to think
independently and work efficiently in group setting.

B. Executive Secretary（1 position）
Responsibilities:
1. Provides full secretarial and administrative support to the CEO/
Managing Partner and other Senior Partners including setting up of meetings
and conference calls; ordering and receiving supplies for the office;
putting together numerous reports; sending out mailings; and responding to
various other requests.
2. In case of emergencies, contact emergency relevant person in charge,
and provide assistance.
3. Confidentiality (including: internal information, data, documentation,
personnel, files, meeting minutes, computer information, financial
information, etc.)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder or higher from top ranked Universities,
priority to majors in Economics, Finance, Laws, Accountancy, Business
Administration, etc.
2. Male or female with good image quality and 30~36 years old. Minimum 3
years’ working experience, priority to working background with the same
position, in financial sector, or in multinational conglomerates previously.
3. Good document writing and word processing skills, organization/
communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
4. Good writing and translation skills in both English and Chinese,
fluent in spoken English, strong skills in Microsoft Office software.
5. Proficient with financial, economic and legal knowledge. Familiar with
knowledge of financial management and project investment. Priority to
candidates with experience in public company management.
6. Courteous and outgoing character, responsible and ambitious in career,
willing to work under pressure, good at coordination and teamwork.
7. Good work ethics and strong sense of confidentiality.
