1000$的培训费用，大概3个月左右，说培训完如果效果好，后办H1B，然后要作为他们
的员工工作两年，工作期间与其他大公司合作，说可以把3个月学的简历写成有5年经验
的简历。假如和google合作，就要relocate到google的公司工作，但还是这个公司的员
工。 这里附上培训的contract，求有经历的人给点意见，是否靠谱？ 网上查了一下这
个公司有10年历史了。
TRAINING AGREEMENT
The agreement made this day ___________ between LAMBDANETS SERVICES LLC
located at 2941 Kenny Rd, Ste 235, Columbus, OH 43221 (herein referred to as
COMPANY) and _______________________ _ residing at________________

172;¬¬¬¬__________________ _(herein referred to as
TRAINEE).
Whereas COMPANY, plans to provide training for the prospective employee who
will hereafter be referred to as the TRAINEE, with the learning objectives
of Hadoop technologies, Analytics / Business Intelligence, ABAP, Business
Operations, BW, BO reporting and ultimately acquire the services of / employ
the TRAINEE on successful completion of Training as an IT Consultant to
provide services at Company’s Office or at the Client’s site with whom the
COMPANY is in contract with at any particular time or at any particular
location in USA. This Agreement will become effective on the day of
commencement of Training.
For and in consideration of mutual covenants, the sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged and agreed to by both parties as follows:
The Trainee agrees to the following:
1. That he/she will participate fully in the proposed Training Program
with his/her full attention & commitment.
2. That he/she will approach this training as a part time endeavor,
attending the online classes in time, presenting himself/herself
appropriately for the setting , participating interactively and
intelligently, completing work assigned by the Trainer and responding to
suggestions related to the Training performance.
3. That he/she will initiate contact and communicate well with the
Training Coordinator and COMPANY’s Office on all training days and inform
them of the progress or barriers in the Training Program.
4. That he/she will keep track of any and all records and reports of the
progress during the training and provide these reports to the coordinator at
COMPANY’s office if asked to so.
5. That he/she will receive a written warning if he/she fails to uphold
the outlined responsibilities. The written warning shall include any
activity that is considered un-acceptable or inappropriate vis-à-vis the
Training Program.
6. That he/she agrees to pay the Training Fee of $1000.00.
7. The TRAINEE shall produce his/her Driver’s License and or related
papers for background check and security purposes.
8. The Trainee is in contract to work with Lambdanets as a CONSULTANT
after his/her training period ends for a contract of two years unless
unprofessional like behavior would lead to withdrawal of his/her job offer.
9. The Trainee agrees to use personal laptop during the training program.
10. The Trainee is not expected to leave the training premises and/or the
Training Program without prior intimation / consent of the company unless
already agreed upon so.
The Company agrees to the following:
1. That the Company will provide training to Trainee, to enable Trainee
to acquire the skills outlined in the above identified learning objectives.
The training shall be for a period of up to three months.
2. Upon successful completion of the training (85 to 90 %) – the Company
and the Trainee, once Trainee is placed successfully, will sign the
employment agreement.
3. It is to be noted that the Company does not guarantee employment to
Trainee following the specified Training period and also reserves the right
to terminate the Trainee during the training period if the Trainee fails to
respond to the standards required or fails to adhere to the Training
schedule discipline.
4. The Company reserves the right to specify/modify the delivery
methodology of the training.
5. The Company reserves the right to offer employment after successful
completion of the training program.
6. The Company does not offer travel expenses/reimbursements for the
training program.
7. The Company does not provide any hardware to the Trainees during the
training program.
8. Course topics – Hadoop, DW, Java, ABAP, Business Operations, BI/BW,
BO reporting.
This Agreement constitutes the entire and final Agreement between the
parties regarding the subject matter hereof except that the Agreement may be
amended in writing. This Agreement is governed by Ohio Laws including the
subject matter thereof and any dispute or litigation arising out of this
Agreement shall be instituted and defined in the State or Federal Courts of
the State of Ohio at Columbus and the parties will submit to the
jurisdiction of such Courts.
The Agreement:
I have reviewed the above agreement and understood the contents. I agree
with the terms of this agreement and will execute my responsibilities
described in it. I herewith affix my signature with full consent to abide by
the same.
