Requirements:
1. PhD, major in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer, material
science, or related fields;
2. min. 6 years of proven successful experience in thedevelopment and
application of new products and new technologies withinternational chemical
companies, fields preferred include performance and functional chemicals,
specialty monomers, synthetic nutrition products, paint additives, plastic
additives, nylon synthesis, personal care products, CASE;
3. proven successful experience in leading R&D teams;
4. proven ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment,
team player;
5. have great influence and wide connections in the related field;
6. proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented;
7. willing to work in China
