HR RECRUITER
The Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting; recruit, screen
and recommend placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (
internal and external). The recruiter will have a good knowledge of all
specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's
organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel
policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment
practices are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by identifying,
qualifying and placing talent based on skill set, experience and budgets.
• Determine applicant requirements by studying and drafting job
description and job qualifications
• Create and post job advertisements on appropriate venues (e.g.,
on-line job sites, trade publications, professional organizations,
newspapers, etc.)
• Create and maintain corporate accounts on social media and
professional networking
• Participate in college recruiting, job fairs and other recruiting
activities
• Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify active
and passive job candidates.
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews, reviewing portfolios
and skill assessment
• Determine applicant qualifications by prescreening applicants,
analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to
job requirements
• Develop and maintain a qualified applicant pool
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to
communicate throughout all levels of the organization
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a very fast-
paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Highly motivated and willing to do whatever is necessary to get
the job done.
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to learn technical information
• Self-confidence and self-starter
