JOB SUMMARY: (This box is for brief summary of position)
looking for a FUT Test engineer in Chicago Area.
Responsible for FUT test planning & design , participants recruiting and
screening, test process management & implementation ,and test result
delivering & documentation.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES: (This box lists the roles and responsibilities
of position)
1,Provides direct support to FUT test participants through accurate and
detailed support practices. Maintains friendly and helpful communications
with testers at all times. Identifies potential project pitfalls and helps
ensure successful completion of FUT tests through effective communication
and flexibility.
3,Working with internal team member to reproduce and resolve the bugs
submitted by users during the trial.
4,Provides input & analysis on product design and functionality improvement
base on the Suggestion & journal collected during test phase .
5,Screening ,verifying & analyzing all data submitted from user trial ,
generating test reports.
6, Exploring & studying the new user trial modes continuously .
JOB REQUIREMENTS: (This box is a list of the skills and other requirements
of position)
1. Language: English and Chinese
2. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication or 1-3 years of related experience
3. Knowledge of mobile devices test procedures, test methodologies, QA
process and software bugs tracking
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work
independently and with a group
5. Excellent analytical skills, understanding of user habits, a strong
information collection and collation analysis skills, good at analyzing
mobile product availability, ease of use, user behavior
6. Exceptional problem solving, creative, and communication skills; Self-
motivated and directed
EDUCATION: (Required degree)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 1-3 years of related experience. |
