Job Description:
Health and Wellness Brand is looking for project manager.
Duties:
Develops Web solution by formulating objectives; planning project life-cycle
deliverables and resource availability and application; preparing
installation and modification specifications; leading the exploration,
evaluation, and design of technical solutions. Implements Web solution by
monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and
implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues;
escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members'
concerns. Assures quality Web solution by developing and completing test
plans; maintaining project and technical documentation.
Meet with clients to strategize and plan web design and development projects
such as websites, micro-sites, landing pages and more. Develop project
scopes, plans, timelines and budget estimates that align to client goals and
needs. Work closely with designers, developers and external freelance
resources to ensure projects remain on course, on time and on budget. Act as
main point of contact during the project, understand their needs and pitch
new ideas. Gather assets and content from client and/or third-parties to
ensure designers and developers have the tools needed to efficiently
complete projects. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify
potential risk areas and devise contingency plans. Conduct testing and
quality assurance on all projects before deployment. Assist in business
development efforts such ideation, developing project scopes and proposal
Manage daily activities, issue resolution, and communication across project
execution teams
Qualifications:
2+ years experience managing web development and/or other digital projects.
Must be well versed in web design and development best practices and
processes.
Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented.
Must be extremely flexible and understanding that client needs may arise at
any hour.
Must be a proactive, creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving
skills.
Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies and
competencies.
Ability to work independently with little supervision, and also in a
collaborative team environment.
Very persistent and reliable on follow-up with multiple clients/projects.
Prior digital marketing, web design and/or web development experience is a
plus.
Proficiency with various content management systems, Adobe Photoshop, HTML/
CSS and writing website content is a plus.
Experience with Freelancer, Upwork, and Elance is a huge plus..
