General Description
As a key member of the development team, you will have principal
responsibility for the computer vision algorithm design, implementation and
evaluation. This is a computer vision software engineering position
requiring skill both in algorithm level programming as well as system level
programing. As a key member of our team you will work closely with our
executive leadership and collaborate with fellow engineers to build a truly
inspiring data platform. We support working visa application.
Primary Job Functions
• Design and manage the product level computer vision systems.
• Develop face detection, tracking recognition algorithms.
• Integrate 3D cameras into the vision system.
• Analyzing real-time time series vision data.
• Implement human detection, tracking functions.
• Design advance algorithms and computing unit improving face
recognition performance.
Qualifications and Skills
• MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Fluent in C/C++ (programming and debugging)
• Algorithm development and programming, experiences in Matlab.
• Minimum of 3 years computer vision software development
experience.
• Highly skilled in OpenCV
• Experience in software optimization and embedded programming
• Experience with API design and maintenance
• Proven success working in cross-functional teams
• Experience writing high performance, memory efficient, and multi-
threaded code
• Experience developing computer vision, image processing, or
machine learning algorithm is advantageous
• Experience with agile development and scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge in statistical analysis, of large datasets is a plus.
• Past startup experience is a plus.
Communication and Culture
• Strong communications skills with both technical and non-
technical team members.
• Collaborative and enthusiastic about agile development and scrum
methodologies.
• Strong sense of project ownership and personal responsibility.
Employment period: Starting immediately is preferred but flexible
