具体职位要求如下:
Responsibilities
• Taking calls, messages and routing correspondence
• Maintains team leader's appointment schedule by planning and
scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
• prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports
and presentations
• Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Point person for facility issues, including security, maintenance
of office equipment and miscellaneous requests.
• Other Clerical duties as needed; i.e. filling, etc
Requirements
• Proven minimum of two years of office experience
• Poised with excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written.
• Expert level Microsoft Office skills including Outlook,
PowerPoint and Excel
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• College degree; additional qualification as personal assistant
would be considered an advantage
• Proficient in Chinese language is a plus
