Responsibilities:
Facilitate business development team in developing partnerships with clients
and maintain long-term relationships with them
Assist internal teams in planning and implementing business programs;
Provide administrative and office support for the Chief Executive Office and
other senior members of the firm including calendar management, meeting
preparation and scheduling;
Serves as a receptionist and coordinator and handle various clerical duties
including filing, answering phone calls, greeting guests, ordering office
supplies
Responsibilities:
• Utilize various connections to seek remote diagnose, overseas
medical treatments, and overseas medical training clients; perform analysis
to determine opportunities in the market, and create strategic business
development plans
• Develop partnerships with Hospitals, Medical Schools,
Research labs and independent physicians and maintain good long-term
relationships with them
• Work with Medical team and Training team in planning and
implementing medical training programs and providing good customer service;
• Assisting in branding and promoting the products/programs of
the company;
Qualifications:
• Must be service oriented, self-motivated, innovative, and a
fast learner;
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills in both English and
Chinese;
• Must have strong sense of teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience or education background in Healthcare a huge plus
