The human resources manager is directly responsible for the overall
administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function.
-Job Responsibilities
o Develops and implements human resources strategies, including talent
acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and
welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and
health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO
compliance, and labor relations.
o Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state
and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
o Assists executive management in the employee review, preparation, and
administration of the organization's wage and salary program.
o Develops and maintains a human resource information system that meets
the organization's personnel information needs.
o Employee relations and retention
o Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out
their responsibilities on personnel matters.
- Job Requirement
o Master degree in related academic programs. Degree in Human Resources
Management or Organizational Behavior will be a plus
o 2+ years’ experience in related fields
o Experience in HR/recruitment in tech company is highly preferred
o Responsible, self-motivated, and work with passion. Effective in
carrying out plans and strategies
o Bilingual in English and Chinese
