Job Title : IT Project manager (Mobile)

Job Responsibilities
o Plan and lead the execution of tasks associated with all phases of a
software development and delivery services from envisioning solution from
requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing and release
phases;
o Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in
order to understand their problems and needs, gather, document, and analyze
business requirements;
o Develops, clarifies and manages the scope of the project, defines contract
deliverables and achieves targeted outcomes;
o Assembles project members with the department, identifies needed resources
, assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate successful
completion of project activities and deliverables;
o Lead / Assist in solving business problems;
o Lead / Assist in the design of technical solutions; Document the
functional and technical design of systems;
o Interact with architects and developers to ensure the system is properly
implemented; Organise testing team to help test the system and create system
documentation and user manuals;
o Manage exceptions, slippage and issues of priority, and initiate extra
activities wherever gaps in the programme are identified;
o Lead / Assist in the design of testing and test data/cases;
o Define and manage project risk identification and mitigation process
through interaction with project constituents and stakeholders.
o Define and implement the appropriate change management strategy and plans
to ensure that change management concerns are addressed during and after
project implementation, as well as to ensure that the project impact is
sustainable and supported by the business process owners.
o Ability to visualize and develop workflows leveraging 3rd party tools from
K2.
o Design and implement rich communication and collaboration solutions
leveraging out-of-the-box, third-party tools, and custom developed solutions.
o Working familiarity with SharePoint, WCF and Web Services.
o Working in an Integrated Development Environment such as Visual Studio a
plus.
o In collaboration with business users, design and develop solutions through
the definition of business processes and workflows, application navigation
flow, user interfaces and reporting dashboard layouts, etc.
o Ability to manage projects and successfully engage in multiple initiatives
simultaneously.
o Facilitate 1st and 2nd level tier support.
o Work in a team environment and support or mentor team members as required
Job Requirement
o Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
o Mobile Development Experience, IOS and/or Android
o Good overall knowledge of project/ program management best practice and
application, including experience of working with IT systems and business
software applications and massively interdependent systems and/or systems
administration and management skills.
o Familiarity with various development models / methodologies, related IT
systems and processes and their direct implementation to serve projects.
o A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively
in a culturally diverse organization.
o Must be self-driven and motivated with a focus on team performance.
o Experience with cross functional team management and facilitation.
o Conduct and review code created in-house and outsourced.
o Monitor all program economics to include program costs, operational
budgets, staffing requirements, program resources, and program risk
Will be great to have
o Programming knowledge and strong experience in software development
specifically with SharePoint environments and architectures.
o Strong understanding of object oriented programming and experience with
SharePoint Object Model
o Java script frameworks experience preferred - jQuery, Knockout, Angular JS
, and Backbone. Possesses general understanding in the areas of application
programming, database, system design, and Intranet, Extranet and client/
server architectures. Experience with coding InfoPath forms and K2
Blackpearl workflows, Visual Basic, VB Script, VB.NET, C# or ASP.NET
o Working knowledge with and exposure to the entire K2 environment and
integration with SharePoint is preferred.
o Essential knowledge of SQL Server and PowerShell, XML/XSLT and Common web
development stuff like HTML/DHTML, CSS & JavaScript, CMS - Wordpress etc.
o Working experience with code repository concepts and systems such as TFS,
Ascrow etc.
