Principal Responsibilities
Senior Accounting Manager is responsible and Manage the daily and monthly
activities of the corporate accounting department. Works closely with
accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll.
Responsible for the monthly G/L close, balance sheet reconciliations. Works
closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely accounting
information is maintained, and company processes and procedures are followed
.
Responsibility
• Manages the monthly close process and prepares analysis and
journal entries that produce accurate results

• Manage and Leads accounting team and communicates expectations
effectively
• Overall responsibility for setting up company’s accounting
software to ensure the integrity of systems, data, and processes
• Manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely
processing of accounts payable, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll
processing and employee expense reports
• Manage the accounting team and the accounts receivable accountant
to manage billing, cash receipt application, collections, and aging
• Prepares analysis and reports to ensure thorough and proper
accounting treatment of business transactions
• Responsible for sales and use tax, franchise tax, and property
tax filings and payments
• Develop and implement policies and procedures with emphasis on
internal controls
Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Chinese to the professional level
• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Account
• CPA desired
• 10+ years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in
Accounting field
• 5+ years in leadership, coaching and inspiring team member
• Mastery skills with Microsoft Office; especially Excel. Advanced
Excel skills required
• Proficiency in Finance Force or related accounting systems
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with staff,
peers, and upper management, Works well with a team and enjoys working with
people
• Detail oriented - pays close attention to detail
• Manages time efficiently and effectively
• Self-motivated and initiates communication with other departments
• Possesses strong written communication skills
• Conducts independent research and recommends solutions
• Can effectively manage third-party vendor relationships as needed. |
