POSITION: Senior FP&A Manager
DEPARTMENT: Finance Team
LOCATION: Dallas, Texas
PART II
Principal Responsibilities
Senior FP&A Manager is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, analysis and
reporting process, providing financial information that guides business
decisions in order to deliver on strategic pillars and achieve corporate
profit targets. This position will collaborate with several cross-functional
teams including Operation, Marketing, Sales, IT and Product in addition to
regional finance teams across the world to grow revenues and control costs.
Responsibility
• Responsible for Corporate financial budget planning and analysis
in partnership with Operation, marketing, Sales, IT and product organization
, and monitors and update regularly throughout the year
• Lead the forecasting process for the business, including
identifying and analyzing volume and income trends
• Responsible for generating, analyzing and reporting on recurring
financial performance (income and cost) versus plan, forecast, and ongoing
risks & opportunities
• Analyzes key business performance metrics (revenue, net price,
margins) and identifies performance improvement opportunities
• Performs business case analysis and due diligence on new
initiatives and business opportunities for the assigned channels and
products
• Prepares and presents comprehensive financial and general
business presentations that reflect strong strategic thinking and analysis
• Prepares all ad-hoc and recurring financial and operational
reporting to senior management.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Chinese to the professional level
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related
discipline. An advanced degree in business is desired. MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a financially-related role
• Ability to utilize financial modeling, critical reasoning, and
process analysis
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with all departments, management
levels within the company, and external stakeholders
• Skill in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Ability to select, guide, develop, and retain a team of employees
• Mastery skills with Microsoft Office; especially Excel. Advanced
Excel skills required |
