performance. I graduated this may, but this company only hires me as a one-
year intern with very low pay(30,000 a year). The company told me that I can
start to look for another job when the first term of intern is over (about in
Feb) or earlier if I want. ( my opt ends June, 2006). this company is well-
known, everybody knows it
company B: Medium software company in bay area, 1000 emploees, with an office

in NC, where I will work. the last two quarters had a bad performance, and
there is not strong sign that it will get strong the 3rd quarter. not
everybody knows this company, but in software industry, it is quite well-known
. At least, company A is one of its client. it also gave me an offer of a 2-
month internship with possibility to become permanent employee when the intern
ends. and it also promises me about H1B visa once I am hired as permanent.
But if a permanent position will be created for me in November depends on its
performance of the fiscal quarter. Evne my boss's boss can't be sure though I
was told their intention of hiring me as intern is to hire a permanent
employee. Also, this company pays me better than A, about $10,000 a year.
another thing about company B is my boss is very nice to me. I asked him to go
to see the apartments for me, and he went and brought back very detailed info
and his own opinion. and I feel it will be easy to work and communicate with
him.
so everybody, should I take this risk to go for the company B? | k******n
