The North Face Apparel Corp. has sued The South Butt LLC, seeking to put a
stop to Mizzou college freshman Jimmy Winkelmann’s parody clothing line.
The jackets, shirts and shorts sport the “anti-North Face” logo and
operate under the mantra, “Never Stop Relaxing,” a spoof on San Leandro,
Calif.-based North Face’s motto, “Never Stop Exploring.”
