A new study by Harvard medical school may help middle-aged women who are
troubled by their growing obesity, according to the Wall Street Journal
Tuesday.
Researchers followed more than 34,000 healthy women who had participated
in the Women's Health Study. When the study started in 1992, the women's
average age was 54. All women ate a normal diet, and there weren't
instructions to reduce calories.
