发帖数: 91 | 1 I got a CD from a bank around one year again. The bank closed my CD the next
day by their mistake (without notice me) . They send me a batch check which
should marked 2006 instead of 2005. At this moment, I did not notice that
becuase I think it should be right. It's around matured day (one year later).
I noticed that and called bank. My question is if I still can ask for interest
becuase bank makes the mistake. If they refused, If I can sue them? |
