学CS的 就作COMPUTER 方面的PATENT，BIO 的就作BIO的。。。
如果是冷门专业PATENT少， 找工作是不是就困难点呢 | p*********i

bio people can do some chemical work. but probably ee people have no clue
about bio work.

do you think people with physics background have any advantages in this area?

the beginning for phds. :-)
personally, i feel physics peopel may have some advantages cause they may have
more solid knowledge in some areas and can pick up some ee/cs/me work easily.
your personal interests/knowledge/experience in these fields may be helpful,
not only for job-hunting but also for ur career.
actually, in UK (maybe quite some commonwealth countries) there r lots of
patent people with a degree in physic

is the trend for most patent applications.
