example, it takes about 2 months to register if not expedited. Registration
fee is $100, plus $5 for certification. Expedited service is available with
additional fees.
Trademark registration takes about 9 months to over a year. Typically, PTO
will examine the mark about 6 months after registration. Office actions back
and force would take about 2 months. Once the mark is approved by the
examining attorney, it will be published for 30 days for anyone to oppose.
If there is no opposition, a certificate of registration will be mailed
about 4 months later. Registration fee for a mark is $375, plus attorney
