发帖数: 275 | 6 Good luck. Make sure to be familiar with the old tests. I had about 25-30
old questions. Check out the questions listed by mypatentbar.com. I had at
least five from there. And btw, the un-familiar questions are DIFFICULT. You
will need a lot of time to look them up (hence it's crucial you spend 15
seconds or less/per old q).

also allowed some positive thinking.
As to IP, my feeling is that the mid-size and small IP firms had a easier
time in this recession and they are generally in recovery now. IP practice
in the general practice firms is also bottoming out.
