我的房子9月开始1年lease,现在才发现暖气问题,房东似乎很不乐意修,
请你们学法律的给点帮助
我们3个人合租了一个房子,共同签署了1年的lease
租房时不知道暖气问题
现在天冷了,才发现暖气噪音很大
我在二楼
1,一楼暖气打开后,我的屋子暖气出口会有很大噪音,都无法待在屋子
2,我们2楼自己的暖气打开,我屋子里的暖气出口也产生噪音,声音比1小,不过仍然影响
晚上休息
现在房东总是掩饰淡化问题,看样子想糊弄过去,不想认真修理解决问题
我自己想搬出去.
但是,当时和其他2个人一起合租房子,我自己不能直接裸走.
我想正当结束lease,然后拿回deposit,拿回提前pay的最后一个月房租.
还是有一个问题,签lease时候,我不在,所以我没有签字,
但是我的名字在lease居住者里
请问这样算不算合法lease呢
所以想咨询一样大家,

没签lease当初就不应该交deposit，交也不应该交给房东阿。

其他2个人没有签字
不过lease里有说明房子居住者是我们3个人,并列出名字
因为中止合同原因合理,签lease的人没有意义
这样可以吗

就无道德责任.
2.暖气有异常噪音影响生活,房东有责任维修,你可以叫签合约的那个人写个书面要求(
notice),并用certified mail 寄出.如果房东不修理,你们可以不付房租,也可搬出去,
这不算毁约,这叫utility eviction. | S***w

code related to the allowable noise level for a living environment, which is
normally about 55 db. You can check this and ask your landload to fix the
problem. | S***w

Whom? Anybody follow you up after then?
At the end, discuss an agreed-upon date and time good for them to come in.
Otherwise, you will see this situation a constructive way of evicting you
and you will be entitled to get the full amount deposit and moving out.
ALL IN ALL, BY LAW, the landlord has the WARRANTY OF HABITABILITY to ensure

landlord好像觉得修起来花钱太多
不愿意修，宁可我们搬走
我们都在读PHD,忙死了，
实在不愿意搬家，想找个法律条款让他必须修
