agreement.
This type of agreement is between shopping centres and its tenants. Shopping
centres usually charge tenants percentage rent which is a certain percent
of its tenancts monthly gross sales. The agreement defines gross sales in
its schedules.
There is one clause which is pretty misleading. Different people have
different understanding on this clause.
