我的表舅夫妇想来美国旅游，他们很有钱，家里有公司。纯粹想来美国旅游的。
我想问一下，我可以邀请他们来旅游吗？b-2 visa?
也认识美国夫妇愿意帮写邀请信。但是，他们彼此没有往来，也要捏造信件，照片什么
的吧？
或者，中餐馆老板的邀请信有用吗？

发帖数: 57 | 2 你用自己的名义邀请就好了。至于签证官给不给签证，那就不是你所能控制的了。
至于捏造，最好还是不要吧。被查的话会导致终身拒绝入境，得不偿失。

但是，我的重点是：通过的可能性大不大？
您有这方面的经验吗？或者，您听说过有这样申请被据的吗？
如果被据的很多，就不这样签了，就想别的办法。 |

My boyfriend and I plan to have our wedding reception at Las Vegas.
So, we want to invite our parents and some rich relatives to be here to
attend our reception.
My boyfriend and I are both Chinese and PH.D student here.
Can we invite my mother's brother and his father's brother too?
By B-2 Visa, they will afford all the air fares.
Does anybody have the experience?
