How typical is it for a partner to hire agents without specifying billable
hour target? Does this reflect how nice the partner is or it's just a
different mode of management? |

you can either ask your partner how many hours are expected or shoot for (
your annual salary)/(billing rate/5). |

work, rather than some arbitrary number. So I really didn't get a number....
.. Another team member mentioned something like 1500. I guess that's on the
lower end. |

must make money.
you can ask several other colleagues about their hours. my formula can also
be used as a rough guideline. |
