17. BREACH OF LEASE: In the event that Resident breaches this Lease

by way of limitation, to exercise any or all remedies provided Owner/Agent

may recover" include the worth at the time of award of the amount by which
the unpaid rent for the balance of the term after the time of award, or for

房东回复说一种方式是交lease termination fee:一个月的房租加上全部的security
deposit(总共:$1300+$1000)。
还有一种方式就是由我继续交租金直到他们把房子租出去,但是我还要另外付$1013作
为他们打广告,筛选租客和准备合约的费用,而且不允许我帮他们找租客。

你的责任:付房租和承担所有的责任,一直到lease到期为止。
房东的责任:房客breach lease时,房东必须积极地寻找新房客。
“不允许我帮他们找租客”---合法。除非lease有条款,你不能sublease。 |
