claim court告他们。但是仔细看warranty manual上有这么一句话“Binding
arbitration shall be the sole remedy for resolving disputes for YOU and US
and OUR insurers”。这样的话我还能去法院告他们吗？是不是说签这个warranty合同
的时候就放弃了litigation的权利？
如果不能告，但是我告了，最坏的情况会是什么？ 他们有什么能反告我的吗？还是他
们会用这个arbitation为借口而要求法院不予受理？ |

think it is ok. The question is can I file small claim court case with that
particular clause in the warranty book?
