the target is ARM,
so what's the "--host" should be ?
how about "--build" ?
for the following, what else is missing ?
./configure --with-cc=arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc --with-linkcc=arm-none-
linux-gnueabi-g++ --with-ldflags=-Wl,-O1,-rpath,-soname --target=arm-linux-
gnueabi --with-endianness=little --host=arm-linux
