几点体会:
一) 现在银行贷款确实很谨慎。我们从申请到mortgage broker说loan package is
ready总共23个business days，但之后贷款银行又磨蹭了3个business days，甚至还打
电话给公司的HR确认我们的工作情况。难道因为mortgage application时我们老老实实
没选“公民身份”一项？
二） Closing attorney由卖方银行指定，极其官僚及效率低下。贷款银行将loan
package寄给closing attorney 后，我们一直在等他们出具HUD-1。四天过去，律师楼
一点动静都没有，我们这边则人仰马翻，mortgage broker天天催我和LD，LD催agent
苏，苏却在这时失踪（后来得知是她家出事），我们最后逼得直接给closing attorney
打电话，才拿到HUD-1。本来我们有充裕的时间，却被closing attorney拖得只剩1天来
review and revise HUD-1，final walk-through。
三）HUD-1列出具体的closing costs，有问题可请
