2004年初，想明白，决定把买房当成大事来抓。
3月开始，先胡乱找了俩agent，看了几个房子。算是入门。
于是开始自己研究location, which is real estate all about.

http://www.realtytimes.com (各地房地产情况简析)
看了这些以后，根据自己对附近的情况的了解，圈出了几个地方。
location A: 新房建设中，6月抽签。学校一般，但是房子价位很合算。并且小区
在建自己的小学。15 mins to office, 20 mins to Chinatown
location B: 新区开发中，道路都没ready，不知道什么时候可以开工。学校一般，
但是房子价位很合算，小区的设计很好，也会建自己的小学和中学。离freeway较远，
25 mins to office, 25 mins to Chinatown
location C: 10 | a*****y

moving out of your budget range. If you don't care about schools, your
choice is much easier: new, relative cheap, and short commute time.
Things get complicated when you try to get all benefits: location,
school, tubs, etc. I think you care too much about brand new houses.
A 5-year old house is just as good as a new one. You've missed the
best window (2nd half of 2003). You probably will miss more chances if
you don't compr

with this site, u don't need an agent. it has real time access to the
listings, mush faster than agents, most of agents don't know what they are
talking about anyway.
