foam mattresses are not recommended. high priced memory foam mattress is a big
no!!!!!
for mattress quality: there are three criteria - support (the most important),
comfort, and cleanliness.
support: two numbers. gauge - the thickness of the wire used for spring, the
lower the better. around 14 is decent. 12.5 will be rock hard. any number
higher than 14.5, u can still choose the mattress but be aware of the price
