did mine I was not ask that info at all by my bank. So I think it is
similar to money order but free. Don't worry to whom it will be paid because
that can be paid to whoever you give it to.

simultaneously with the generation of that check.

如果broker同意银行直接转账，是不是closing当天把银行账号信息告诉他就好了，事
先需要准备什么么？要给银行打电话么？ |

他因为这个拖了快一个礼拜，银行直到收到款才给放款然后又托一天record
什么的才close，你要提前做好准备
他还因此搬家到in law家蹲了一个礼拜，因为已经通知了apt

我刚给自己的银行打了电话（不是网上银行，但不在local),她们说一个business day
以后就会到账。
