如果父母把房子100块卖给了子女，按照你这个思路，房子是不是只值100块了？

bought when I apply for the loan, it is appraised at the exact same price as
the purchase price. Can county assesor assess the property 15% higher than
bank of america assessed several months ago,
the law specify the market value of the property, which can be different
than the purchase price, but how do you know the market price?
