due to a bedroom usually is worth more than a bathroom.
However, for older houses where there is only one bathroom,
but has 4 or more bedrooms, then converting one of these
bedrooms to a bath is actually a good idea, because it
removed what is called a 'functional obsolesence.' (now a
days, hardly any familiy would consider a house with one bath.)
For example, a house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath will attract more
interest than one with 4 |

而这些要符合building code
熟悉的大牛请讲讲，我花1周时间能把building code看熟
并在我的图上应用正确么？

发帖数: 2944 | 8 Are you going to do this yourself? It's not a good idea
if you have not done this before (why get your first practice
on your own house?).
If you are getting a contractor to do this, the contractor
will take care of this and getting the permits (you can request
this in writing in the contract if you want to make sure).
If you insist on doing the work yourself, then go ahead. Your
local library has a building code book in the reference section,
the librarian can help you find it if you tell hi |
