1108很高，不过可能他们将1100items都放到1108上了。
总共$6200cost应该还是很低的，不过我怀疑有些费用最后还要增加。

or a down pay. Asked the broker, she didn't explain it clearly.

我的建议是，如果一定要因为point而降低rate，一定要跟lender商量用discount
point而不是origination point。因为前者是tax exempt。后者不行。 |

该是1年的费用（或者15个月）。这个不用担心，钱是在ESCOROW 账户里，每年到时间
就交给保险公司，不会挪作他用。
不过好奇，难道保险不是你自己选的？ |
