发帖数: 3 | 1 终于要close了。。。昨天final walkthrough 发现厨房顶棚有一大片颜色不对（比其
他地方深）。。。seller 没有disclose...seller 承认之前有spillover from tub in
the master bath, 但是说是minor, many years ago...我们希望他们能提供更详细的
info, 如果是小毛病，就算了。。如果是大毛病，我们就要找inspector看一下，修好
再close...seller 一直不答复，listing agent 不接电话。。。我们的agent让我们自
己找plumber在下午close前inspect...现在都11点了，怎么可能呢？我们的close已经
推了3天了因为seller 没有按照合同修。。。如果今天不能close, 明天我们locked
rate 就过期了，要交650 给银行？怎么办？！！还是又认了，close? 多谢大家！！ |

time as buying a house is a BIG decision. |

inspector inspected the interior of the houses...With the lights now, it is
not so noticable...But again, seller told us that it happened many years ago
...We are not sure whether it is right...

发帖数: 8042 | 5 把楼上bath的水全开，能开多打开多大，过10、20分钟，然后到楼下观察，有没有新水
痕出现，如果长时间大流量放水都没有漏水的现象出现，很有可能就是以前水漫出来过
一次，而不是漏水的问题，这样的话，一般问题不大。
