1)电线杆是不是很不好?
2)主要driveway是不是也不好?
3)对面是政府机构什么的,有个大停车场.
4) 另外sold history有点weird:

我们这里很多近期成交的很便宜的房子，去county record里一看，都是银行买去了。

instead, most likely, a reposssesion.

发帖数: 1096 | 9 一般county record里，如果是银行买去的，成交价都写0，可能就是你说的
repossession。但是buyer一栏会写某某银行。如果刚好redfin上有近期成交价，以及
成交日期，你就可以大概知道银行是多少钱收回去的。有时候收回的银行不是贷款银行。
