地又跑不掉，dwelling 又没必要保地
估计你家面积1800 sqft左右？

if you want.

俺们这个房奴区，房子价格是Dwelling两倍、三倍的，多了去了。
去看看海边那不足1000尺的房子，dwelling可能还不到20万，可是卖价就是翻番咯。
楼主不要哭了，这说明你的地值钱。

面的cost -new这一项。这一项是多少，就保多少。 |
