发帖数: 55 | 1 托版上的福，我也买了Zephyr AK2100的抽油烟机。从rainbowappliance.com上买的，
今天刚寄到。
结果把下面那个盖子一打开，内壁上一个拳头大小的方形金属盒就掉下来了，一看是变
压器，电线什么的都还连着，就是变压器两边咬住螺丝的金属片断掉了。
这问题看起来说大不大，说小不小。要是把整个抽油烟机寄回网站吧，好象太折腾。可
自己修吧，又不知道怎么把那个变压器重新固定到抽油烟机内壁上。
有人遇到这种情况吗？如何解决？难道这是别人的退货又寄给我们了？

I ordered 2 (not at the same time). The first came with a loose transformer
(that metal thing you referred to). I returned it and placed a new order and
got it within one week. Exactly the same problem. I am returning it now.
I will place a new order soon but I was told by the dealer that it is on
back order.
The transformer is supposed to be screwed to that small retanhular metal
plate which is welded to the frame ( I called the manufactuer and they
confirmed).

掉了。
你居然一连收到了两个这样的。可见这些网站太差劲！不知道该说他们聪明还是傻，可
能有的买主就认了，懒得退换，可大部分买主肯定是要退换的，这些网站真是何必呢，
费时费力，还得几次三番出邮资把这些残次品寄来寄去的。（希望这个rainbow网站
不至于不付我退货的邮资吧。。。）
