lose it. MMD.
I did this.
1. prepaid all HOA dues (they only let me put in 6 months)
2. Property tax ( they only allow me to put in 3 months)
3. Buy down rate.
After I have done all this, I still have some money left.
Pulte home is the worst of worst in financing. |

My seller/builder refused to cut me a check. If you can do that, I think
that will be great, but how come you can get money from your financing??? Is
it legal???

cannot give you the checks. But not sure what means "seller给的修房子的
credit". Maybe that one is different?
Mostly, you can use those money for "buying points". |

seller不愿意这样干。
