The Validator is required to obtain one of the following to verify

* A copy (front and back) of a valid Visa I-94 with classifications E-1,
E-2, G-4, H-1, H-2, H-3, L-1, TC-1 or TN, allowing residence in the U.S.

发帖数: 994 | 3 没道理啊。如果你是485pending，那你现在也至少应该是H1b吧。工卡一般在mortgage
application里面是不能做为非移民的evidence的。 | H*V

我现在不能作为非移民了，应该是 non-permanent resident 的一类。

loan. I think you need to ask your loan agent to explain it clearly to the
bank if you are not dealing directly with the bank. The loan agent is the
key here.
