In my bank's good faith estimate they listed 250 as the survey cost. But my
lawyer is asking for 600+ for it and I was wondering if this price is right.

is it required? what the hell is a survey anyway? I'm pretty annoyed by all
kinds of crap charges that out of nowhere...

发帖数: 259 | 5 search my previous post about the same topic. same price as mine. that's not
required in NJ. talk with your mortgage company to confirm first then you
should call your lawyer to explicitly deny the option if you really want to
save that money because chances are the attorney will just go ahead order it
for you if not already.
once he does that, i don't think there is nothing you can do. |
