first. Building some nice walk around it and/or a nice small bridge across
it will definitely be very romantic. With a nice 亭子 and 荷花，that should
be much better than a flat yard like many other people. |

the pond like in many parks, which is especially important for children and
senior people.

taxable value对land都是一样的。但是左右的邻居家的看起来都是平整的草地。不可
能wetland的property tax和别人的草地是一样的吧。而且难道就那么巧所有的wetland
都在这家？LG说可能邻居都填了。所谓水塘其实也就是杂草丛生的洼地而已。我也不知
道有没有5,6K的大小，就按大的沽吧。

county网站上先仔细做做研究。

It's simple physics, the rain water must be contained somewhere. If you fill
up all the ponds, then the summer rain will flash flood the whole
neighborhood. There gotta be something to hold up all the water. In Texas,
cities usually dig up big underground reservoir to save rain water. Where
water is abundant, like in New England, wetland is enough.
