标 题: 求助: 一个好几天解决不了的问题.

电脑: INSPIRON 8600 LAPTOP
问题: WIRELESS 无法上网
现象:
1. 搬家之前可以上网, 搬到新地方后上不了网. 在新的房子里另两个电脑都能正常上
网.
2. 显示很强的信号, 但就是上不了网. 有线也上不了网
3. 把这电脑搬到办公室, 可以正常 WIRELESS 上网.
4. 把原来的 WINDOW XP 换成 VISTA, 可以 WIRELESS 上网.
5. 因为电脑太老, 很难与 VISTA 匹配, 又把 WINDOW XP 重新装上. 装上 XP 后又不
能上网.

Are you using soft ware to control or windows xp built in to control.
Your problem is software, not hard ware.
Are you using DHCP? Does it get a IP address? Can you ping another computer on the same subnet?
Check IP, subnet mask setting first if you assign it yourself.
Are you using any encryption?
It might be cheaper to just disable this card and buy another cheap usb or
pcmcia card for a few bucks if you already spend hours on this.

Built in card
Are you using soft ware to control or windows xp built in to control.
Window xp bilt in to control
Your problem is software, not hard ware.
Are you using DHCP? Does it get a IP address? Can you ping another computer
on the same subnet?
Yes, I used DHCP. But I cannot get IP address. Other PC on the same subnet
work fine.
Check IP, subnet mask setting first if you assign it yourself.
Are you using any encryption?
No.
It might be cheaper to just disable

When you do a scan, can you see the router?
If you do ipconfig /renew what IP do you get?
What is your router ip (default gateway)
Your wireless card is turned on and working in hardware profile, right?

setting. However, I am sure that the wireless card is turned on and working
. I can see all wireless networks around my neighbor (more than 10),
including my own. I can connect to my router by typing in my key (password)
as I do for all my other PCs. I can also see the green sign indicating the
network was connected. However, I cannot go online. When I took this PC to
my office and do not make any changes, I can go onl

发帖数: 400 | 6 This PC worked fine for wireless before we moved. This PC still work fine
for wireless in my office now. These indicate that both hardware and
software are fine for wireless.
My other two PCs work fine for wireless for the router, indicating that my
router and wireless network in my new house is working fine.
Then, what is the problem?

1) Go to Start (start button on the lower left of the desktop)
2) Choose 'Run'
3) Type: "cmd" (no quotes)
4) This should bring up a DOS prompt. Once there, type: "command below" (
without quotes and one at a time)
ipconfig /all
tracert www.mitbbs.com
Post results here.
If you need to type in a key to connect to the router, you are using some
kind of security, such as WEP or WPA. Turn them off at router and try to
connect again to see if you can go online.

1. 这个PC 的IP 是 0.0.0.0. 也就是没有 IP. SUBNET 也没有IP. 而另一个正常的PC
有 IP.
2. ROOUTER SECURITY 是用 WPA2-PSK.
3. 我试着联结到邻居的 OPEN 的 NETWORK 可以上网.
4. 考虑到这个PC 较老, 下载和安装了 SP2 和 VPA2 的 PLUG-IN. 但没有用. 一直显
示 "acquiring IP" and " authenticating..."
5. NETWORK 由 WIRELESS CARD SOFTWARE CONTROL. 如果把这 SOFTWARE 关掉, 则找不
到 CONNECTION.

level, and try again. You can turn on mac address filtering option to
prevent someone else access, use a allowed list (not a deny list)
