Actually my neighbor often does that for his mother-in-law and sister-in-law
. Each lives in a RV...lol
His house has only two bed rooms, but the lot is huge. Both husband and wife
are very good DIYer. The house, both inside and outside are very nice and
neat, integrated with two RVs and by a creek and hill. (He showed me many
pics for before,in-middle and after the other day).
It is located at one of the best school districts in bay area.
Is it a dream house?

bedroom in summer and sleep in another one in winter.
