A forward-looking gauge of home buying declined sharply in January, dropping
to the lowest seasonally adjusted level since last April, an industry trade
group reported Thursday.
The National Association of Realtors' pending home sales index fell a
seasonally adjusted 7.6% for the first month of 2010, a reversal from a

their houses in the near future.
Ideally, all the potential buyers should be scared to hold their cash
tightly till I need to sell my house. Then fools rush in! Hiahiahia~

Kinda childish to monitor your long-term holdings on a daily basis.
