弄得非常messy，找plumber一通弄，最后花了1万多刀银子！快疯了。
说他一个朋友也有类似经历。
说得俺也是惊悚不已啊，因为俺的也是20年左右。看来是个坎儿。
不知道平时需要做哪些maintenance能防患于未然？ |

发帖数: 4125 | 4 Depending on what kind of pipes was used, 20 years ago, copper pipe was very
popular. 水管裂了 could be from several light freezing cycle or one very
deep freeze (several days below freezing). Could also be joint is not
soldered very well, after years it seperate. The 10K damage mostly caused by
water not to replace the pipe. You can install warning sensor everywhere if
you are concerned, that way you know there is a leak and can shut off the
main right away. Another thing you can do is to slowly re

no tools. Just a cutter is all you need. It is much harder to learn to
solder copper pipes and takes much more time.

Something like this will work, it does not help stop the leak, but will give
you early warning, so the damage will be very small.
I have over 200 sensors wired into my home automation system and each sensor
is reporting moisture level continusly. This will require you a large
initial investment, plus much easier to do when building a house, it is hard
to place them now. But I have many area of the house I do not visit on
regular basis.

发帖数: 4125 | 13 Not sure how long the zircon last, but the sensor I got should last long
time, I do monthly test, not one of the them is bad since installation, I
bought a dozen spare ones, but they seem to last a long time, I guess.
