，不过还不知道closing fee.我Agent坚持说各处lender的closing Fee 都差不多，最
多也不过200-300刀的区别。我觉得closing fee 不同lender应该差别也蛮大的吧。好

do not charge the items in the 800 section of HUD statement, which is
uaually only 1000-1500 dollars.

They says we saved about 2.5k. not sure if it is true. | z****n
发帖数: 1514 | 7 2.5k is possible, but no cost loan definetlyh will not over 9k or 14k
closing cost.
