(上面有both seller and buyer's names)
这个就可以用来拿8000了好像.

4/30 to get that $8000?
In my case, the seller accepted my offer and send it to the bank already.
But I don't believe I will get anything back before 4/30, but maybe it can
be done before 6/30. Do I still have hope for $8000? |

It takes long time to get short sale approved.
I know friend who has been waiting for 6 monthes.
