y*l 发帖数: 334	1 我跟realtor签约的时候，有自己找的房子也要给她 commission的条款。我说这点让我觉得不舒服，让她手写加上了"this agency is exclusively for 几个可能要下offer的她带我们看的三个房子地址“。我们现在准备下一个builder的房子，是不是我们是安全的？我们当时签约的截止日期还没到。另外，合约到期后，终止合约要给written notice吗？还是不用管？谢谢！
