a. Remove cabinets, laminate C/T, disconnect plumbing/appliances
b. Remove 24 lf of 1/4 round
c. Cut baseboards as needed for new cabinet layout
d. Remove existing hardwood, laminate flooring (glue down)
e. Vent hood to the exterior ( brick )
f. Remove exisitng ceramic tile/stone backspash / flooring
g. Remove wainscot & paneling
